Terms & Conditions

  1. Courses are secured by paying a deposit, 40% of the full cost of any course, minimum of £50, which is non-refundable and non-transferable to courses or products.
  2. Withdrawal from courses at any stage will incur the full cost of the course being charged, including any external CIBTAC Exam fees.
  3. Courses should be paid for in full no later than 3 weeks before the course date, unless prior arrangements have been made with UK Holistics Training.
  4. Cancellations within 3 weeks of the course date and No Shows will incur the full cost of the course fees.
  5. Instalment Plans – payments can be made in instalments throughout the length of attending a course. Any instalment plans will mean no other discounts can be offered.
  6. All courses need to be paid for in full before any certificates are issued.
  7. From time to time UK Holistics Training may have Special Offers and only one offer can be used at any one time.
  8. UK Holistics Training reserves the right to charge for additional administration work over and beyond the expected course work.
  9. UK Holistics Training reserves the right to alter prices at any time which will supersede any prices displayed on brochures & flyers.
  10. All courses commence at 9.30am and will finish at 4.30pm, unless a later finishing time has been notified to students. Later finisheing times are normally on longer courses, when all students and tutor have mutually agreed the times between themselves.
  11. UK Holistics Training is VAT registered 989 0200 04.
  12.  Prices are inclusive of VAT. UK Holistics Training reserve the right to increase prices according to the current VAT rate.
